The cleaner can be designed as an anti-dredging grate cleaner, which is composed of a unique set of rotating grate chains assembled with a raking tooth manufacturer. Driven by a motor reducer, the raking tooth chain rotates in the opposite direction of the water flow. As the raking tooth chain reaches the top of the equipment, the guide of the groove wheel and curved track causes each set of raking teeth to produce a relative self-cleaning motion, with the majority of solid materials falling off due to gravity. The remaining debris stuck on the raking teeth is then cleaned off by the scraper's reverse motion.
