Self-cleaning process

The self-cleaning process of the filter relies on the combined action of a cleaning brush rotating along the inner surface of the filter tube and a drain valve. The open drain valve creates a vacuum inside the clogged filter tube, causing the filter cake adhering to the inner wall to be swept off by the cleaning brush and expelled outside through the drain valve due to the vacuum. The entire cleaning process takes approximately 60 seconds, during which the system continues to flow.

Control Method

The stainless steel self-cleaning filter is equipped with three functions: differential pressure, time, and manual. Additionally, we have specially designed a priority control feature, ensuring that the self-cleaning function is activated as soon as the system pressure difference reaches the set value, providing better protection for the smooth operation of your system.
