Product Description
Titanium rod filters are suitable for solid-liquid separation in industries such as food and beverage (edible oils, sodas, drinks, beer, syrups, soy sauce, vinegar, etc.), water treatment (urban water supply, industrial water, seawater, river water, mineral water, oil field injection water, power plant condensate water, ion exchange resin recovery), electronics industry, petrochemical industry, automotive, paints and coatings, inks and adhesives, metal processing, chemicals, fine chemicals, and textile industry.
Product Advantages
Good sealing, compact structure, not easily damaged. Suitable for harsh working conditions in production sites, no maintenance costs.
No adsorption loss issues with filter solutions, adsorbents, or catalysts; does not alter the original composition of the working medium.
Non-toxic, non-magnetic, and non-flaking; excellent biocompatibility. Due to these properties, titanium rod filters are widely used in the food and beverage industry.
Compact footprint, high-temperature resistance, excellent oxidation resistance, suitable for high-temperature precision filtration of various acids, bases, salts, and organic solvents.
Easy to disassemble, featuring a scientifically diverse filter structure to meet various filtering requirements.
High filtration accuracy, capable of filtering particles larger than 0.2 micrometers in one pass
Use Instructions
Avoid scratches, dents, dust, and oil stains.
Do not exceed the rated working pressure during use.
During normal operation, there should be at least a 3-5 minute low-pressure start-up time, with the relative pressure difference kept below 0.5Mpa. Then, gradually adjust the working pressure to the normal requirement (pressure not exceeding 0.4Mpa).
4 After the equipment operates for a certain period, the pressure may rise and flow decrease due to clogging of the filter elements, necessitating backflushing or backwashing for regeneration. The regeneration cycle depends on the specified pressure and flow rate.
