Plate-type closed filter (also known as...) is an energy-saving, closed-operation precision clarification and filtration equipment; the design of this product is unique, with a small size, high filtration efficiency, high clarity of filtrate, good fineness, no material loss, and does not consume filter paper, filter cloth, or filter cores, thus resulting in low filtration costs and easy operation, maintenance, and cleaning of the equipment.

The filter plate is made of special multi-layered stainless steel wire mesh, offering a long service life, high output, and high precision. The innovative oil press mechanism ensures low oil content in the sludge, easy operation, and convenient slag removal. It is suitable for filtration and separation processes such as decolorization oil filtering, clarification filtering, and crystalline substances in the production of oils and chemicals.

The Plate Type Sealed Filter is an automated pressure filter unit, primarily composed of a housing, filter plates, a lifting cover structure, and an automatic slag discharge device. The filter plates are made of multi-layer stainless steel filter materials and are mounted on the central collecting pipe, making disassembly and cleaning extremely convenient.

The filter aid is mixed with the material in the mixing tank and circulated by a pump to form a stable filter cake layer on the filter mesh, which is the pre-coating of the filter aid. Once pre-coated, the filtration begins. The fine particles of the filter aid provide numerous microscopic channels, trapping suspended particles while allowing clear liquid to pass through. During the filtration process, additional filter aids like diatomite are continuously added to form new filter layers, preventing clogging of the filter cake. This allows the material to be filtered through the cake layer, removing impurities, and flowing into the interior cavity of the filter leaves, then exiting through the discharge pipe as clear liquid. If decolorization is required during filtration, a certain proportion of activated carbon is added. For applications like mechanical extraction of crude oil, which are relatively dirty, no filter aid is needed.
