Product Description
A filtration device primarily using diatomite as the medium, utilizing the fineness and porosity of diatomite particles to remove suspended particles and colloids from swimming pool water. Diatomite filters are suitable for the beverage industry: fruit and vegetable juices, tea drinks, beer, yellow wine, fruit wine, white wine, grape wine, etc.; sugar industry: sucrose, fruit glucose syrup, high fructose syrup, glucose syrup, beet sugar, honey, etc.; antibiotics, vitamins, synthetic plasma, Chinese medicine extracts, etc.; seasonings: vinegar, soy sauce, monosodium glutamate, cooking wine, etc.; chemical products: resins, inorganic acids, organic acids, alcohols, benzene, aldehydes, ethers, etc.; others: gelatin, bone glue, alginate, vegetable oils, starch, etc.
Product Advantages
High filtration accuracy, up to 1-2 microns
Can remove Escherichia coli and algae, with water turbidity reduced to 0.5-1 NTU after filtration.
Small footprint, low equipment height, volume only 1/3 of sand filter, saving most of the construction investment for the machine room.
Long service life, strong corrosion resistance of filter elements; the A-1 filter machine has a service life of 20 years, and the A-1 reversible diatomaceous earth pool filter does not require any part replacement within 10 years, with a service life exceeding 20 years.
Low operating costs: Water usage: The backwashing water usage is 1/10 of the sand filter; Electricity usage: The total power consumption of the A-1 reversible diatomite filter machine room is only about 3/5 of the total power consumption of the traditional sand cylinder filter system machine room.
Application Scope
Diatomaceous earth filter machines are suitable for clarifying and filtering liquid products such as fruit wine, white wine, wine, syrup, beverages, soy sauce, vinegar, as well as biological and chemical products.
1) Beverage Industry: Fruit and vegetable juices, tea drinks, beer, yellow rice wine, fruit wine, white wine, grape wine, etc.
2) Sugar Industry: Sucrose, Fruit-juice Syrup, High-Fructose Syrup, Glucose Syrup, Beet Sugar, Honey, etc.
4) Seasonings: Vinegar, soy sauce, monosodium glutamate, cooking wine, etc.
5) Chemicals: resins, inorganic acids, organic acids, alcohols, benzene, aldehydes, ethers, etc.
6) Other: Gelatin, bone glue, alginate, vegetable oils, starch, etc.
Product Specifications
Diatomite filtration refers to a coating filter using diatomite as the filter layer, primarily utilizing mechanical screening to process water containing fine suspended particles. The core of the filter consists of three parts: the filter mesh, support mesh, and outer frame. Each filter element is a porous tube serving as a skeleton, with a diatomite coating layer applied to the outer surface wrapped in threads. The filter elements are mounted on baffles, with the upper and lower sides being the raw water chamber and the clean water chamber, respectively. The entire filtration cycle is divided into three steps: membrane laying, filtration, and backwashing. The filter membrane thickness is generally 2-3mm, and the diatomite particle size is 1-10μm. After filtration, backwashing is commonly done using water or compressed air, or both. The advantages of diatomite filtration include effective treatment, low backwashing water volume (less than 1% of the production water volume), and small land occupation (less than 10% of the area of a regular sand filter pond).
This equipment is composed of a housing, intermediate shaft, filter plate, filter mesh, guide rod, gas valve, glass sight window, rubber wheels, and other components. All parts that come into contact with liquids are made of stainless steel. The housing is divided into multi-section and single-section designs, sealed with rubber gaskets between sections for easy disassembly and cleaning.
