The HBTW15V10KW is a device capable of rapid bidirectional energy transformation. The HBTW15V10KW is a bidirectional AC-DC conversion module specifically designed to meet the bidirectional transformation requirements for lithium battery charge-discharge testing. It offers stable bidirectional (input/output) 15V10KW with wide DC voltage range, high efficiency, high power factor, and high reliability, reaching industry standards.

II. Operating Environment

Operating Environment Precautions:

1. This machine has an IP20 protection rating and should be installed in an indoor environment or in a location shielded from direct sunlight and rain.

2. Ensure unobstructed air flow around the housing, particularly at the intake and exhaust points, to facilitate easy air convection inside the case.

3. Avoid direct sunlight on the machine to prevent premature degradation of performance due to overheating.

4. Installation environment should be clean, avoiding a high concentration of dust, especially conductive dust in the air.

Installation Instructions

Confirm if the voltage matches the voltage input range specified in the electrical parameters.

2) Confirm that the交流voltage matches the AC voltage range specified in the electrical parameters.

3) Connect the positive and negative poles of the DC voltage to the corresponding DC terminal blocks. Before connecting, ensure the external circuit breaker is in the off position. Confirm the polarity; do not reverse the connections.Please refer to the wiring diagram for specific wiring instructions.

4) Connect the AC source cables to the corresponding AC terminals. Before connecting, please ensure that the external AC source switch is in the off position, and confirm that the L wire and PE wire are connected.Correct, please refer to the wiring diagram for specific connections.

5) Properly connect the external CAN communication cable to the communication interface; for specific wiring, refer to the wiring diagram.

6) After confirming the above steps are correct, close the AC disconnect switch, then close the DC side disconnect switch to see the yellow indicator light in the LED indicator, and proceed to...Charge/Discharge Standby Mode. Once the module receives a charging or discharging command, it enters normal operating mode with the LED indicator light constantly on green.
