Hengli Spring Hangers (hereinafter referred to as "Hengtiao") are designed based on the principle of moment equilibrium. Under the permissible load displacement, the load moment and spring moment are always in balance. For pipelines and equipment supported by Hengtiao, a constant supporting force is provided during displacement, thus avoiding additional stress on the pipeline equipment. Hengtiao is generally used in places where displacement stress needs to be reduced, such as the main body of power station boilers, steam, water, smoke, and air ducts in power plants, as well as suspended parts of burners, and in oil and chemical industries where such supports are required. When the thermal displacement of a hanging point within the pipeline system exceeds 12mm, it is advisable to use Hengtiao for support to avoid dangerous bending stresses and unfavorable stress transfer in the pipeline system.
