Waste Heat Boiler for Smoke Gas

A waste heat boiler is a type of boiler that utilizes the residual heat and combustible substances from the exhaust, waste, or waste liquid of various industrial processes to heat water to a certain temperature. Fuel oil boilers, gas boilers, and coal-fired boilers equipped with flue boxes and flue channels for waste heat recovery are also known as waste heat boilers. Waste heat boilers can produce hot water or steam through waste heat recovery for use in other sections.

Residual heat boilers are categorized by fuel type into oil-fired, gas-fired, coal-fired, and external media-fired residual heat boilers, among others. They are also classified by application into residual heat hot water boilers, residual heat steam boilers, and residual heat organic heat carrier boilers, etc.

Working Principle:Fuel, gas, and coal combustion generates high-temperature flue gas, releasing heat. The high-temperature flue gas first enters the furnace, then the waste heat recovery unit in the front flue box, followed by the smoke tubes, and finally the waste heat recovery unit in the flue channel of the rear flue box. The high-temperature flue gas is converted to low-temperature flue gas and released into the atmosphere through the chimney. Due to the greatly improved efficiency of utilizing the heat released by fuel combustion in the waste heat boiler, this type of boiler is highly energy-saving.
