Forged socket and spigot fittings

Socket-weld fittings are a type of pipe fittings, which are machined pipe connections forged from stainless steel round bars or ingots.

Its connection type is Socket Welding (SW), where steel pipes are inserted into socket holes for welding. The main manufacturing standards are ANSI/ASME B16.11, HG/T 21634, MSS SP-83, MSS SP 79, and GB/T 14383-2008.

Types of stainless steel socket and spigot fittings include 45° elbows, 90° elbows, tees, crosses, 45° reducing tees, double-socket pipe clamps, single-socket pipe clamps, pipe caps, swivel joints, and branch supports. Among them, tees and crosses come in both equal and unequal diameters; similarly, double-socket pipe clamps are available in both equal and unequal diameters, with the unequal diameter types further categorized into concentric and eccentric designs.
