Forged threaded pipe fittings

Elbow fittings are a type of pipe connection components, which are machined after forging from stainless steel round bars or ingots.

Its connection form is socket welding (SW), which involves inserting steel pipes into socket holes for welding. The main manufacturing standards are ANSI/ASME B16.11, HG/T 21634, MSS SP-83, MSS SP 79, and GB/T 14383-2008.

Varieties of stainless steel socket and spigot fittings include 45° elbows, 90° elbows, tees, crosses, 45° reducing tees, double-end socket bands, single-end socket bands, pipe caps, swivel joints, and branch supports, etc. Among them, tees and crosses come in both equal and unequal sizes; double-end socket bands also have equal and unequal sizes, with the unequal size options further categorized into concentric and eccentric designs.
