Our Spark Machine requires careful maintenance during use to ensure its longevity. We now categorize the maintenance methods into the following:

Daily Maintenance

The火花machine worktable should be kept clean to prevent rusting of the surface.

2. Confirm oil pump pressure is normal.

3. Maintain a clean and tidy appearance of the equipment.

Weekly Maintenance

Hand-operated oiler, press three times each time for oiling.

2. Check the oil level of the hand pump oiler.

Monthly Maintenance

Apply lubricating grease to all guide rails of the spark machine.

2. Inspect disk accuracy. (Measure flatness with a thousandth micrometer to ensure correctness.)

Quarterly Maintenance

Check the level of the spark machine to ensure it is normal. (Use a level to measure if the worktable is level.)

2. Inspect the spark machine's three-axis accuracy. (Measure the travel with a caliper to ensure accuracy.)

Annual Maintenance

Inspect and clean the spark plug oil pan.

2. Inspect and replace the spark machine's Z-axis lubricant. (For details, please contact the Qunji Service Department.)

3. Inspect and clean electrical cabinets. (For details, please contact the Groupbase Service Department.)

Note:

Regarding firework oil: due to usage frequency and rate of erosion. It is recommended to inspect it every six months and confirm whether to replace it based on the actual condition.

2. Regarding Filter沁: Due to usage frequency and erosion amount. It is recommended to inspect once every quarter and confirm whether to replace it based on the actual condition.

3. Regarding the filter cotton: due to factors such as usage frequency and degree of erosion. It is recommended to inspect it once a quarter and confirm whether a replacement is necessary based on the actual condition.
