Additionally, to prevent corrosion, some undergo aluminum diffusion treatment. The aluminum diffusion refractory吹管 (PS series) consists of five layers: matrix layer, inner wall aluminum diffusion layer, outer wall aluminum diffusion layer, inner coating, and outer coating. It is developed based on the S series and meets the practical needs of electric arc furnace steelmaking, featuring high refractoriness, low consumption, and ease of operation. Furthermore, the company maintains a year-round stock of oxygen吹管 in sizes of 1/4", 3/8", 4 meters, and 6 meters, and can produce special specification coated吹管, non-standard吹管, etc. according to different manufacturer requirements.
