The管body is then preheated in a furnace to between 40-60°C to maintain a dry surface. During the spraying (shot) treatment, due to the absence of grease and other contaminants on the吹管 surface, rust removal effectiveness is enhanced. The dry surface of the吹管 also facilitates the separation of steel shots, steel sand, rust, and scale, resulting in a cleaner surface after rust removal. Additionally, to prevent corrosion, some undergo aluminum diffusion treatment. The aluminum diffusion refractory吹管 (PS series) consists of five layers: matrix layer, inner wall aluminum diffusion layer, outer wall aluminum diffusion layer, inner coating, and outer coating. It is developed based on the S series and meets the practical needs of electric arc furnace steelmaking, featuring high refractoriness, low consumption, and ease of operation. Furthermore, the company maintains a year-round stock of oxygen吹管 in sizes of 1/4", 3/8", 4 meters, and 6 meters, and can produce special specification coated吹管, non-standard吹管, etc. according to different manufacturer requirements.
