Blow oxygen tubes are used for steelmaking oxygen blowing and are typically made from small-diameter welded steel pipes, available in eight sizes ranging from 3/8 inch to 2 inches. They are manufactured from steel strips such as 08, 10, 15, 20, or Q195-Q235. To prevent corrosion, some are treated with aluminum diffusion. The aluminum diffusion refractory coated blow oxygen tubes (PS series) consist of five layers: matrix, inner aluminum diffusion layer, outer aluminum diffusion layer, inner coating, and outer coating. Developed based on the S series, they combine the practical needs of electric arc furnace steelmaking, featuring high refractoriness, low consumption, and ease of operation.
Oxygen吹管 is widely used in construction and industrial fields. The cleaning and preheating process of Oxygen吹管 is as follows: Before the spraying (ablation) treatment, the surface oil and sediment of the Oxygen吹管 are removed by cleaning methods. The tube is then preheated to 40-60°C using a furnace to maintain a dry surface. During the spraying (ablation) treatment, due to the absence of oil and other contaminants on the Oxygen吹管 surface, the rust removal effect is enhanced. A dry Oxygen吹管 surface also facilitates the separation of steel shot, steel sand from rust and oxide scale, resulting in a cleaner surface after rust removal.
