Blow oxygen tubes are used for steelmaking oxygen blowing, typically made of small-diameter welded steel pipes, available in eight sizes ranging from 3/8 inch to 2 inches. They are manufactured from steel strips of grades 08, 10, 15, 20, or Q195-Q235. To prevent corrosion, some are treated with aluminum infiltration. The aluminum-infiltrated refractory coated blow oxygen tubes (PS series) consist of five layers: matrix layer, inner aluminum-infiltrated layer, outer aluminum-infiltrated layer, inner coating, and outer coating. Developed based on the S series, they combine the actual needs of electric arc furnace steelmaking, featuring high refractoriness, low consumption, and easy operation.
Oxygen吹管 is widely used in construction and industrial fields. The cleaning and preheating process is as follows: Prior to the spraying (abrasive) treatment, cleaning methods are employed to remove grease and scale from the surface of the oxygen吹管. The pipe is then preheated in a furnace to between 40-60°C to maintain a dry surface. During the spraying (abrasive) treatment, due to the absence of grease and other contaminants on the surface of the oxygen吹管, the rust removal effect is enhanced. The dry surface of the oxygen吹管 also aids in the separation of steel shot, steel sand, rust, and oxide scales, resulting in a cleaner surface after rust removal.
