Oxygen Blowing Tubes are used for steelmaking oxygen blowing and are typically made of small-diameter welded steel pipes, available in eight sizes ranging from 3/8 inch to 2 inches. They are manufactured from steel strips such as 08, 10, 15, 20, or Q195-Q235. Some are treated with aluminum infiltration to prevent corrosion. The aluminum-infiltrated refractory coating oxygen blowing tubes (PS series) consist of five layers: matrix, internal aluminum-infiltrated layer, external aluminum-infiltrated layer, internal coating, and external coating. Developed based on the S series, they meet the practical needs of electric arc furnace steelmaking with high refractoriness, low consumption, and easy operation.
Oxygen吹管 is widely used in construction and industrial fields. The cleaning and preheating of Oxygen吹管 are as follows: Prior to the spray (abraded) treatment, use cleaning methods to remove grease and scale from the surface of the Oxygen吹管. Employ a heating furnace to preheat the tube body to 40-60°C, maintaining a dry surface. During the spray (abraded) treatment, as the Oxygen吹管 surface is free of grease and other contaminants, it enhances the rust removal effect. A dry Oxygen吹管 surface also facilitates the separation of steel shots, steel sand, rust, and oxidation scale, resulting in a cleaner surface after rust removal.
