Our products have a wide range of applications, primarily used for transporting oxygen or other gases in arc furnaces for metal smelting, cleaning and cutting off slag in converters to achieve decarburization purposes. Steel mills typically use small-diameter straight seam welded tubes, as well as seamless steel tubes. Special treatment of the ends of the welding tubes (large and small end joints and threaded connections) effectively addresses the issue of remaining tube sections in blowing oxygen tubes, facilitating customer use and improving material utilization, extending material lifespan, and reducing labor intensity. The single consumption of blowing oxygen tubes has decreased from about 6Kg/t in ordinary blowing oxygen tubes to below 2Kg/t, enhancing arc furnace operation rates, shortening smelting time, and reducing cost.

The aluminum-alloy refractory coated oxygen lance (PS series), consisting of five layers including the matrix, inner aluminum alloy layer, outer aluminum alloy layer, inner coating, and outer coating, is developed based on the S series and tailored to the current practical needs of electric arc furnace steelmaking, featuring high refractoriness, low consumption, and ease of operation. Additionally, the company maintains a year-round inventory of oxygen lances in sizes of 1/4 inch, 3/8 inch, 4 meters, and 6 meters, and can produce special specification coated oxygen lances and non-standard oxygen lances according to varying manufacturer requirements.
