The GY-type roller press cold bending forming line can be used to roll highway guardrails, car guards, beams, metal colored roof panels, electrical cabinet frames, pillars, cable trays, busbars, elevator guide rails, security doors, door frames, light steel studs, color steel plates, stainless steel door and window profiles, and various welded pipes by changing various molds. This line features high automation, material saving, cost reduction, automatic length setting and cutting, and high precision. The line consists of an uncoiler (material feeding machine), forming main unit, straightening device, automatic cutting machine (cross-cut or flying saw), collection table, variable speed motor, and electrical cabinet. In response to the current market characteristics of complex cold bending profiles, diverse structural styles, and high requirements for profile products, our factory can design and manufacture special type lines according to customer requirements.
