The DZW series electric actuators are a new generation of products that our company has developed and improved upon our existing mature products, optimizing protection performance and key components. They are completely self-developed, featuring a compact structure, small size, attractive appearance, and stable and reliable performance. With a high protection grade, they can meet the needs of various designs: explosion-proof, all-in-one switch, and all-in-one adjustment.
The DZW series products are used for controlling the opening and closing of valves. Suitable for gate valves, stop valves, throttle valves, diaphragm valves, their derivative products can also be applied to ball valves, butterfly valves, and air doors, etc. They can accurately operate according to control instructions and are an essential driving device for achieving remote, centralized, and automatic control of valves.
This product's performance meets the requirements of JB/T8528-1997 (Technical Conditions for Electric Actuators for Valves of General Type). The explosion-proof type meets the specifications of GB3836.1-2000 (Part 1 of Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Atmospheres: General Requirements), GB3836.2-2000 (Part 2 of Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Atmospheres: Explosion-proof Type "d"), and JB/T8529-1997 (Technical Conditions for Explosion-proof Electric Actuators).

Three: Adjust
Adjust the torque, during travel, ensure the potentiometer on the position indicator is disengaged (loosen the set screw on the gear of the potentiometer shaft to disengage) to prevent damage.
Torque control mechanism adjustment:
Firstly, adjust the torque.
(2) Begin with a low torque value and gradually increase it until the valve is fully closed.
(3) Adjust the torque of the switch direction according to the valve's working characteristics; generally, the open direction torque is larger than the close direction torque.
(4) Adjustments above are made under conditions of no load and no medium pressure. When there is pressure and temperature, attention should be given to whether it can be sealed properly. If it cannot be sealed, the torque value should be appropriately increased to ensure it can be tightly sealed and easily opened.
2. Traveler control mechanism adjustment:
(1) Close the valve manually.
(2) Remove the stroke control mechanism by using a screwdriver to push the top rod in the stroke control mechanism and rotate it 90°, thus detaching the driven sprocket from the counter's unit gear set.
(3) Rotate the "OFF" adjustment shaft with a screwdriver in the direction of the arrow until the cam engages the spring plate, causing the microswitch to actuate. This indicates that the "OFF" stroke has been initially adjusted.

At this point, turn it on electrically a few turns, then turn it off. Check if the closing stroke meets the requirements. If not, adjust it again following the aforementioned procedure.
(5) Valve Opening Adjustment: After the closing direction adjustment is complete, manually open the valve to the desired position. Then disengage the stroke control mechanism, rotate the "open" adjustment shaft in the direction of the arrow until the cam engages the spring plate, causing the micro-switch to activate. Reengage the stroke mechanism with the driving gear to complete the opening stroke adjustment. After adjusting the stroke control mechanism, repeat the operation a few times. Generally, control the valve opening to around 90%.
3. Adjustable Opening Indicator Adjustment:
(1) Adjust the adjustable opening indicator and remote potentiometer after adjusting the torque and stroke.
