The DZW series is used for controlling the opening and closing of valves. It is suitable for gate valves, stop valves, shutoff valves, diaphragm valves, and its derivatives can be applied to ball valves, butterfly valves, and wind gates, etc. It can accurately operate according to control instructions, and is an indispensable driving device for remote, centralized, and automatic control of valves.
This product's performance meets the requirements of JB/T8528-1997 (Technical Conditions for Electric Actuators for Valves) and the explosion-proof specifications of GB3836.1-2000 (Part 1 of Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Atmospheres: General Requirements), GB3836.2-2000 (Part 2 of Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Atmospheres: Explosion-proof "d"), and JB/T8529-1997 (Technical Conditions for Explosion-proof Electric Actuators).

Three: Adjust
Adjust the torque during travel; ensure the potentiometer on the position indicator is disengaged (loosen the set screw on the gear of the potentiometer shaft to disengage) to prevent damage.
Torque control mechanism adjustment:
Firstly, adjust the torque.
(2) Begin with a low torque value and gradually increase it until the valve is fully closed.
(3) Adjust the torque for switching direction based on the valve's operational characteristics; typically, the opening torque is greater than the closing torque.
(4) Adjustments are made under conditions of no-load and no medium pressure, etc. When there is pressure and temperature, attention should be given to whether it can be tightly sealed. If it cannot be sealed tightly, the torque value should be appropriately increased to ensure it can be tightly sealed and easily opened.
2. Travel control mechanism adjustment:
(1) Manually close the valve tightly.
(2) Disengage the stroke control mechanism by using a screwdriver to push the top rod in the stroke control mechanism and rotate it 90°, thereby separating the driven small gear from the counter's unit gear set.
(3) Rotate the "OFF" adjustment shaft with a screwdriver in the direction of the arrow until the cam engages the spring plate, causing the microswitch to actuate. This indicates that the initial OFF travel is properly adjusted.

At this point, turn the electric switch a few rotations and then turn it off. Check if the closing travel meets the requirements. If not, adjust it again following the aforementioned procedure.
(5) Adjustment of Open Direction: After the closed direction adjustment is complete, manually open the valve to the desired position. Then, disengage the stroke control mechanism, rotate the "open" adjustment shaft in the direction of the arrow until the cam presses against the spring plate, causing the micro-switch to actuate. Once the stroke mechanism engages with the driving gear, the open direction stroke is adjusted. After adjusting the stroke control mechanism, the operation can be repeated several times. Generally, the valve opening is controlled around 90%.
3. Adjustment of the adjustable opening indicator:
Adjust the adjustable opening indicator and remote potentiometer after aligning the gear and travel.
