The DZW series is used to control the opening and closing of valves. Suitable for gate valves, stop valves, check valves, diaphragm valves, and its derivative products can be used for ball valves, butterfly valves, and air gates, etc. It can accurately respond to control commands, making it an indispensable driving device for remote control, centralized control, and automatic control of valves.
This product meets the specifications of JB/T8528-1997 (Technical Conditions for Electric Actuators of General Valves) and the performance of explosion-proof types conforms to GB3836.1-2000 (Part 1 of Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Atmospheres: General Requirements), GB3836.2-2000 (Part 2 of Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Atmospheres: Explosion-Proof Type "d"), and JB/T8529-1997 (Technical Conditions for Explosion-Proof Electric Actuators).

Three: Adjust
Adjusting torque, during travel, ensure the potentiometer on the position indicator is disengaged (loosen the set screw on the gear of the potentiometer shaft to disengage) to prevent damage.
Torque control mechanism adjustment:
Firstly, adjust the torque.
(2) Begin with a low torque value and gradually increase it until the valve is fully closed.
(3) Adjust the torque for switching direction based on the valve's operational characteristics; generally, the opening torque is larger than the closing torque.
(4) Adjustments are made under conditions of no load, no medium pressure, etc. When there is pressure and temperature, attention should be given to whether it can be tightly sealed. If it cannot be sealed tightly, the torque value should be appropriately increased to ensure it can be tightly sealed and easily opened.
2. Traveler control mechanism adjustment:
(1) Close the valve manually.
(2) Disengage the stroke control mechanism by using a screwdriver to push the top rod in the stroke control mechanism and rotate it 90°, thereby separating the driving pinion from the counter's unit gear set.
(3) Rotate the "OFF" position using a screwdriver towards the adjustment shaft, turning until the cam presses against the spring plate, causing the microswitch to activate. This indicates that the "OFF" stroke is initially adjusted.

At this point, you can electrically turn it a few rotations and then close it. Check if the closing stroke meets the requirements. If not, adjust it again following the aforementioned procedure.
(5) Valve Opening Adjustment: After the closing direction adjustment is complete, manually open the valve to the desired position. Then, disengage the stroke control mechanism, rotate the "open" adjustment shaft in the direction of the arrow until the cam presses against the spring plate, causing the microswitch to activate. Reengage the stroke mechanism with the driving gear, and the opening stroke adjustment is complete. After adjusting the stroke control mechanism, the operation can be repeated several times. Generally, the valve opening is controlled around 90%.
3. Adjustment of the adjustable opening indicator:
(1) Adjust the adjustable opening indicator and remote potentiometer after adjusting the torque and stroke.
