Three: Adjust
Adjusting torque, during travel, ensure the potentiometer on the position indicator is disengaged (loosen the set screw on the gear of the potentiometer shaft) to prevent damage.
Torque control mechanism adjustment:
Firstly, adjust the torque.
(2) Begin with a low torque value and gradually increase it until the valve is fully closed.
(3) Adjust the torque of the switch direction according to the valve's working characteristics; typically, the opening torque is greater than the closing torque.
(4) Adjustments above are made under conditions of no-load and without medium pressure. When there is pressure or temperature, attention should be paid to whether it can be sealed tightly. If it cannot be sealed tightly, the torque value should be appropriately increased to ensure it can be sealed and opened properly.
2. Traveler control mechanism adjustment:
(1) Close the valve manually.
(2) Disengage the stroke control mechanism by using a screwdriver to push the top rod in the stroke control mechanism and rotate it 90°, thereby separating the driving pinion from the counter's unit gear set.
(3) Rotate the "OFF" position adjustment shaft with a screwdriver in the direction of the arrow until the cam presses against the spring plate, causing the microswitch to activate. This indicates that the "OFF" position travel has been initially adjusted.

At this point, you can electrically turn it a few rotations, then close it. Check if the closing travel meets the requirements; if not, adjust it again following the aforementioned procedure.
(5) Direction Adjustment: After the closing direction is adjusted, manually open the valve to the desired position. Then disengage the stroke control mechanism, rotate the "open" adjustment shaft in the direction of the arrow until the cam presses the spring plate, causing the micro-switch to activate. Reengage the stroke mechanism with the driving gear, and the opening stroke is complete. After adjusting the stroke control mechanism, it can be operated repeatedly. Generally, the opening of the valve is controlled around 90%.
3. Adjustable opening indicator adjustment:
(1) Adjust the adjustable opening indicator and remote potentiometer after adjusting the gear shift and travel.
