Daily Maintenance Tips for Freezing Drying Machines
Observations and recordings of instrument values are made four times per shift.
The differential pressure between the import and export of compressed air does not exceed 0.035 Mpa.
2. Evaporation Pressure Gauge: 0.4Mpa - 0.5Mpa
High-pressure pressure gauges, 1.2Mpa-1.6Mpa.
(II) The cold dryer should be regularly monitored for its drainage and waste discharge systems.
Ball float drain valves should be cleaned once every week or so.
The effluent pipeline is discharged once a week.
◆ Cleaning Method for Electronic Drainage Valves
Turn off the ball valve in front of the automatic drain valve.
b. Loosen the top fixing nut, remove the timing coil, and ensure the coil does not come into contact with water during the cleaning process; otherwise, the coil may burn out.
c. Disconnect the hose, loosen the drain valve body, and release the compressed air inside the drain.
d. Remove the valve core and wipe it clean.
e. Tighten the valve body back into place, slightly open the ball valve at the front, and use compressed air to expel impurities and water-oil from the drainage system; wipe the valve body clean with a rag.
f. Reinstall the valve core and timing coil in their original positions; then attach the hose and open the front ball valve.
Regularly monitor the incoming temperature of the cooling water system and the compressed air system.
Cooling water temperature: 2~32℃
Flow pressure: 0.15~0.3 Mpa
Compressed air intake temperature should generally be ≤45℃ (it's preferable that the intake pipe is not too hot to the touch), with exceptions for special cases.
4. Cooling water should be kept clean; the Y-type filter should be cleaned every half month, or once a month if the water quality is good; the water condenser should be cleaned once a year (depending on water quality), and the air condenser should be cleaned once a month.
◆ Cleaning Shell and Tube Water-Cooled Condensers: Close the cooling water inlets and outlets, open the end cover of the unconnected pipe, and simply rinse the external cover and gasket with water; clean the internal copper tubes with gas, water, or a stick with a rag attached. Be cautious not to apply excessive force during cleaning to avoid damaging the internal copper tubes.
(4) Regularly observe the refrigeration system
1. The compressor should be touched by hand at least once a day; it should feel cool and frosty to the touch.
2. The desiccant filter should be checked weekly for temperature differences on both sides by hand; the temperature difference should not be too great (if the import side is hot and the export side is cool, a replacement is needed).
If you notice any unusual sounds or heat from the compressor, please contact customer service immediately.
(Five) Inspect electrical control systems: blow away dust, tighten wiring terminals (must be done without power)
(6) Exterior Maintenance
Regularly wipe down equipment surfaces with clean towels to remove oil and dust. Clear away dust and oil from the ground around installed cool dryers and air compressors to maintain a clean environment.
