Safety Helmet:

Before using a hard hat, ensure that the shell, liner, and strap are complete and effective.

Safety Belt:

1. Tighten the belt, ensuring the buckle components are securely fastened and aligned.

When performing suspended work using seat belts, do not directly hook the hook onto the belt strap; instead, hook it onto the loop of the belt strap.

Do not attach seat belts to components that are not secure or have sharp corners.

4. All components must not be replaced arbitrarily when using the same type of safety belt.

5. A seat belt that has been severely damaged is not to be used, even if its appearance remains unchanged.

6. Strictly prohibited from using seat belts to transfer heavy loads.

7. The seat belt must be fastened securely to a sturdy point above the waist, no lower than waist level.

Three: Safety Rope

1. To ensure the safety of workers during高空 operations, they are required to wear safety belts and attach themselves to a safety line while performing particularly hazardous tasks.

2. When performing high-altitude work with safety lines, ensure the fall height is no less than 6 meters to guarantee the safety of the workers.

A single safety rope cannot be used by two people at the same time.

In the presence of severe weather conditions such as winds above level 6, heavy rain, thunderstorms, and thick fog, the installation of outdoor elevated work should cease.

Four: Speed Differential Controller

1. The speed differential controller should be hung high and used low, suspended on a fixed structure material above the user, and collisions should be prevented. When using this device for inclined operations, in principle, the inclination should not exceed 30°, and consideration must be given to whether it may collide with surrounding objects.

2. No knots allowed in the rope; the rope hook of the speed controller must be attached to the safety belt's D-ring, and must be kept away from sharp objects, fire sources, and electrical items.

Section 3: No parts of the speed controller may be removed or replaced at will; no lubricants need to be added during use. Always check and confirm it's in normal condition before use.

4. During the operation of the speed differential controller, it is essential to regularly inspect the controller's performance for proper functioning, checking for any looseness in rope hooks, rings, fixed points, nuts, and other components. Also, examine the housing for cracks or deformation. Look for signs of wear, elongation, or broken wires in the steel wire rope. If any abnormalities are detected, discontinue use immediately.
