This is a grounding module unit product primarily made of non-metal high-conductivity materials, consisting of inorganic materials with good conductivity and stability, high polymer materials, and anti-corrosion metal electrodes. Operation Principle
Non-metallic ion grounding bodies, when buried in soil, greatly expand the grounding body's leakage area, effectively reducing the grounding resistance. The specialized active adsorbent features low resistivity, high hygroscopicity, and strong diffusion properties, capable of rapidly reducing the resistivity of the soil near the non-metallic ion grounding body module. This can further effectively lower the grounding resistance of the grounding module unit.
The unique moisture-retaining and hygroscopic properties of the non-metallic ion grounding body. The built-in conductive ions absorb moisture for retention, gradually diffusing into the active adsorbent. The active adsorbent, by absorbing conductive ions from the non-metallic ion grounding body module, further enhances its own conductivity. When its conductive ions are saturated, it releases conductive ions into the surrounding soil, maintaining a lower resistivity in the vicinity, thereby improving the grounding body's conductivity.
The ion cabin is equipped with high polymer conductive ion materials; the non-metallic ion grounding body has many capillary pores. Both the capillary pores and the conductive ion materials have strong water absorption capabilities. During the rainy season or when soil moisture is high, the ion grounding body can collect and store rainwater and soil moisture, forming a unique "micro-reservoir" within the non-metallic ion grounding body. During the dry season or when soil moisture is low, the non-metallic ion grounding body can replenish moisture and conductive ions to the surrounding soil, maintaining soil moisture and enhancing the soil's conductivity.
