Application Scenario:
A grounding module unit product mainly composed of non-metal high-conductivity materials, it consists of inorganic materials with good conductivity and stability, high polymer materials, and anti-corrosion metal electrodes. In addition to its long-lasting, anti-corrosion, and low-resistance features, it also boasts lightweight and flexible installation.
Operating Principle
The non-metallic ion grounding body, when buried in the soil, significantly increases the spread area of the grounding body, effectively reducing the grounding resistance. The specialized active adsorbent features low resistivity, high moisture retention, and strong diffusion properties, capable of rapidly decreasing the resistivity of the soil near the non-metallic ion grounding body module. This can further effectively lower the grounding resistance of the module unit.
The unique moisture-retaining and hygroscopic properties of the non-metallic ion grounding body. The built-in conductive ions absorb moisture for retention and gradually diffuse into the active adsorbent. The active adsorbent further enhances its conductivity by absorbing conductive ions from the non-metallic ion grounding body module. When its conductive ions are saturated, it releases conductive ions into the surrounding soil, maintaining a lower resistivity in the nearby soil, thereby improving the grounding body's conductive performance.
The ion chamber is equipped with high molecular weight conductive ion materials; the non-metallic ion grounding body features numerous capillary pores. Both the capillary pores and conductive ion materials possess strong absorbency. During the rainy season or when soil moisture is high, the ion grounding body can collect and store rainwater and soil moisture, forming a unique "micro-reservoir" within the non-metallic ion grounding body; during the dry season or when soil moisture is low, the non-metallic ion grounding body can supplement moisture and conductive ions to the surrounding soil, maintaining soil moisture and enhancing the soil's conductive properties.
