Graphite grounding modules are grounding bodies primarily composed of conductive non-metallic materials. According to the editor specializing in graphite grounding, they consist of non-metallic materials with good conductivity and stability, electrolytes, moisture absorbent agents, and anti-corrosion metal electrode cores. They offer advantages such as a large surface area, excellent contact with the earth, ion dissipation properties, moisture absorption, and ease of installation, making them an ideal grounding material to replace traditional grounding bodies. The grounding modules are categorized into two types based on the internal electrode cores: hot-dipped galvanized flat steel and copper bars, which are suitable for grounding systems involving steel and copper materials, respectively.
The main material of the grounding module is structurally similar to soil, allowing it to integrate with the soil as one. This results in a significantly larger effective contact area between the grounding body and the soil compared to metal grounding bodies, greatly increasing the effective spreading area of the grounding body. It also reduces the contact resistance between the grounding body and the soil, thereby significantly enhancing the grounding efficiency and minimizing the land area occupied by the grounding grid.
Reducing Ground Potential反击: The non-metallic material of the cylindrical grounding module creates a low-resistance area with a relatively smooth transition between metals with vastly different resistivity and soil. During high current surges, it can reduce the transient potential gradient of grounding bodies and lines, lower the step voltage and contact voltage, and decrease the likelihood of ground potential反击 occurrences.
Ground Resistance Stability: The cylindrical grounding module possesses strong moisture absorption and retention capabilities. Moreover, the conductive properties of the conductive materials within the grounding body are unaffected by seasonal variations such as humidity, high and low temperatures, thereby ensuring stable ground resistance.
Longevity: The cylindrical grounding module's main body is made of anti-corrosive material, and its metal frame is constructed from metal materials that have undergone anti-corrosive surface treatment. Consequently, the grounding element boasts excellent overall anti-corrosive performance, with a lifespan exceeding fifty years.
