Senchi Machinery supplies 120℃ Water Temperature Machines and Molding Temperature Machines
1. This machine features dual-temperature display: Temperature "1" shows the water temperature, while Temperature "2" indicates the return water temperature, allowing for accurate detection of the mold temperature.
2. Features residual water recovery, which prevents the accumulation of leftover water in the mold cavity and connecting pipes during demolding. This water can otherwise contaminate the work environment and cause rust in the water conveyance pipes, potentially leading to blockages over time—a common issue in many enterprises. To address this, Senchi Company has specifically designed a residual water recovery function. Mold temperature controllers, also known as mold temperature control machines, are widely used in plastic molding, light guide plate die casting, rubber tires and rollers, chemical reaction vessels, adhesives, and compounding in various industries. Broadly speaking, they are referred to as temperature control equipment, encompassing both heating and cooling aspects of temperature control. Many people, when selecting mold temperature controllers, often don't fully understand the differences between contactors, solid-state relays, and thyristors. In fact, the selection of mold temperature controller accessories is a crucial factor, not just a matter of price differences.
1. Let's start with the temperature controller configurations using contactors. Contactors utilize the magnetic field generated by the current passing through the coil to close the contacts, controlling the load with a low current. The contactors used in temperature controllers are typically ABB or Schneider, with silver-tungsten alloy contacts, which offer excellent conductivity and resistance to high-temperature erosion. However, there are limitations to using contactors. For temperature controllers in high-power or dusty environments, contactors are not advisable. Frequent closing and opening cause significant heating, and dust can lead to the contactor getting stuck, especially when using inexpensive or counterfeit contactors, which can easily fail over time.
2. Next, the mold temperature controllers equipped with solid-state relays. Solid-state relays are contactless switches, consisting of three parts: input circuit, isolation (coupling), and output circuit. The input end drives high current loads with a tiny control signal. Solid-state relays have the same function as contactors, with the advantages of low input power, high sensitivity, and low noise. Mold temperature controllers using solid-state relays have a * wide range of applications, and well-known brands include Crydom from the USA and Omron.
3. Silicon-controlled rectifiers, also known as thyristors, used in temperature controllers are characterized by their small size, relatively simple structure, and strong functionality, enabling operation under high voltage and high current conditions. The use of thyristor temperature controllers offers precise control, rapid response, and low losses. Unlike contactors, they do not cause a sudden surge in the power grid.
