Product Overview
Water Temperature Machine, also known as a water-carrying mold temperature controller, is a temperature control device that uses water as a heat transfer medium.
The heat transfer medium for water temperature machines is water, while for oil temperature machines, it's oil. (The heat transfer oil typically needs to be changed every three months or so, which can be quite costly.)
Due to water having a higher specific heat capacity than oil, the heat transfer efficiency of water temperature machines is significantly better under the same temperature control conditions. Additionally, water temperature machines are convenient to use with water as the medium, and water also offers various ecological advantages.

Water Temperature Machine Introduction: Water is an environmentally friendly resource that can be recycled, and using it as a heat transfer medium has its advantages. Water has high thermal conductivity, low pollution, and is easily accessible. In conventional use, water boils and vaporizes at certain temperatures, with the boiling point at only 98℃. In practical applications, by increasing the pipeline pressure, the temperature control range of the water temperature machine can be expanded, thereby broadening its application scope. When the actual constant temperature exceeds 170℃, it is recommended to use an oil temperature machine.
