According to investigations, approximately 80% of leakage failures are caused by issues with the sealing of the slag outlet door. Generally, in the production of traditional Chinese medicine, the following types of slag discharge doors are commonly seen domestically. The first type is the quick-opening safety-type, which uses three pneumatic cylinders for control, enabling the automatic opening and closing of the drum cover, and is equipped with a safety device to prevent accidental operation, ensuring a high safety factor. The second type is the rotating slag discharge door, where the locking ring of the extraction drum's slag discharge door is fitted with two opposing push-pull pneumatic cylinders that are linked with two stop blocks for coordination. The drum's slag discharge flange is of a wide-tooth design, and the cross-section of the locking ring is semi-herringbone, with the inner hook section being wide-toothed. The edges of the slag discharge flange and the slag discharge door flange are clamped between the upper and lower inner hooks of the locking ring to form the slag discharge door locking mechanism. The third type is the large-diameter slag discharge door, which can achieve high-temperature and high-pressure extraction.
