It is suitable for sterilization of packaging materials, instruments, raw materials packaging, and repair tool accessories before entering the A/B area.
Product Features:
1. Utilizes hydrogen peroxide vapor (VHP) sterilization, capable of eliminating spores of thermophilic Bacillus, Bacillus subtilis, and other microorganisms. It is a sterilization process under low temperature and atmospheric pressure, featuring environmental friendliness and low energy consumption.
2. Utilizing Siemens PLC for control across all stages, the system is stable and reliable.
3. Design sterile pass-throughs and automated material transfer systems according to customer requirements, such as automatic conveyer belts, guides, etc.
4. During the sterilization and exhaust phase, all air introduced into the chamber is filtered through a H14 grade HEPA filter to prevent secondary contamination of materials.
5. Equipped with an independent ventilation and exhaust system, capable of rapidly replacing the excess oxygen in the cargo hold and preventing it from entering the HVAC system.
6. The in and out material doors feature a double-leaf design, sealed with an inflatable gasket and locked with an air lock, and are equipped with interlocking functionality.
7. The decommissioning unit ensures that any remaining hydrogen peroxide is rapidly expelled through the exhaust pipe, safeguarding personnel and the environment from the hazards of hydrogen peroxide residue gases, while minimizing residual time.
8. Equipped with real-time monitoring, recording, and printing of parameters such as pressure, temperature, humidity, and oxygen peroxide concentration within the conveying chamber.
