Fluidized Bed Inflatable Sealing Ring
Inflatable sealing rings are hollow seals made of silicone rubber, equipped with an inflation valve on the body. They are connected to an inflation pump for pressurizing and depressurizing. After inflation, the ring expands elastically, and upon deflation, it completely retracts to its original shape. This sealing method significantly enhances the efficiency of fluidized bed use. We can customize them into circular, square, or linear bag shapes according to specific requirements.

The fluidized bed dryer operates by feeding materials into the machine through the inlet, where, under the action of vibration, the materials are tossed along the horizontal fluidized bed and continuously move forward. Hot air passes upwards through the fluidized bed, exchanging heat with the wet materials, and the wet air is then separated by a cyclone separator to remove dust before being exhausted at a ratio of 1:3. The dried materials are discharged through the outlet. It is suitable for drying and cooling operations of powdered and granular materials in industries such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food, dehydrated vegetables, grains, and minerals.
