Overview:

RCDB, RCDY, PDC Series (Disk-Type) Dry Electromagnetic Iron Remover is designed for removing iron from any material on the conveyor belt before the crusher and on the conveyor belt itself, suitable for harsh environmental conditions. The magnetic circuit is designed through computer simulation, with a large permeability depth and strong magnetic force. It features a special electrical engineer resin casting and an air-cooled full-sealed structure, which is dustproof, rainproof, and corrosion-resistant. The finned heat sink design significantly increases the heat dissipation area, effectively controlling the temperature rise. It can effectively remove ferromagnetic materials weighing 0.1-35 kg that are mixed with non-magnetic materials.

Note: 1. Models RCDB-3 to RCDB-8 do not require wave fin-type heat sinks on this housing. Models RCDB-10 to RCDB-18 are equipped with wave fin-type heat sinks, which increase the heat dissipation area.

2. Each model in this series features designs that exceed national standards with ultra-high T1, T2, and T3 ratings, with rated magnetic field strengths of 90mT, 120mT, and 150mT respectively.
