Precautions for installing fire-resistant windows:

Fire-resistant window installations should be fitted according to the pre-designed hole sizes. The outer frame of the fire-resistant window should not be directly embedded into the wall, as this may affect the overall fit of the window with the wall, potentially impacting future use.

(1).  The installation of fire-resistant windows should be based on the size of the reserved openings in the design. The outer frame of the fire-resistant window should not be directly embedded in the wall, otherwise it will affect the overall fit between the window and the wall, and its future use will be affected.

For openings constructed with lightweight wall materials, appropriate treatment should be applied at the connection points or around the openings in advance to ensure a secure connection. The connecting components should not be directly fixed to the lightweight blocks.

(3).  When installing plastic door and window hardware accessories, screws should be fixed on the reinforced steel or locally reinforced steel plate of the lining, or the screws should pass through at least two layers of the plastic profile wall thickness to ensure stability and prevent deformation.

(4). Sliding fire-resistant window sashes are equipped with adjustable limit cards and anti-dropping measures. The limit cards are best installed above the side of the sash. After installation, the sliding fire-resistant window should show no visible deformation, and the operation should be very smooth, with a tight closure of the door sash.

(4).  The installation of push-pull fire-resistant window sashes is equipped with adjustable limit cards and other anti fall measures. The limit cards are suitable for installation above the side of the window sash. After installation, the frame of the sliding fire-resistant window should have no visible deformation, the switch should be very flexible, and the door leaf should be tightly closed.
