Stainless steel ventilation ducts should be familiar to many; they effectively ensure air flow and reduce harmful concentrations. Iron ventilation duct equipment is primarily produced by wind tube manufacturing facilities. Generally, it is used in central air conditioning systems for electronic factories, hotels, inns, and food sterile workshops, where air renewal is necessary.
There are many requirements for the installation of ventilation pipe systems. Let's briefly discuss them.
During installation, the design of the air duct's location, height, and direction must be carefully planned, and the diameter of the air duct must ensure an adequate air exchange rate.
For duct connections, a tight fit is essential; the thickness of the gasket used should not be less than 3mm. The gasket should not protrude into the duct or extend beyond the flange. For metallic ducts, strict installation requirements must be followed during bends. When bending plastic flexible hoses, attention should be given to avoid sharp bends or collapses.
Prior to installing the ductwork, all internal and external debris should be cleared, and proper cleaning and protective measures should be taken. Additionally, the screws in the connection parts of the ductwork should be positioned as conveniently as possible for future maintenance.
