Black film biogas digester, HDPE black film anaerobic biogas digester. Its principle of producing biogas is the same as traditional biogas digesters, utilizing the waterproof and leakage-proof properties of HDPE film materials. A layer of HDPE waterproof membrane is laid in the excavated soil pit, with inlets and outlets, sludge extraction pipes, and biogas collection pipes installed according to the requirements of the anaerobic fermentation process. The top of the soil pit digester is then sealed with an HDPE waterproof membrane, anchored with a fixed trench around, forming an integrated anaerobic fermentation space.

1. Large capacity. For instance, a biogas digester designed for 10,000 cubic meters, the waste fermentation time exceeds 50 days.

2. Automatic water sludge separation. Utilizing the pressure in the pond, water pressure pushes the bottom sludge out of the biogas digester, while the upper liquid automatically drains out.

7. Fermentation produces a large amount of gas. The wastewater remains in the biogas digester for a long time, maintaining temperatures around 70 degrees Celsius. The COD of the wastewater treated in the biogas digester can be reduced by over 90%.

8. High economic benefits. A 10,000-cubic-meter biogas digester produces 2,000 cubic meters of biogas daily, generating approximately 3,600 kilowatts of electricity, which is roughly equivalent to 1,500 yuan per day.
