The NM-05 Uniformity Test System for Temperature and Humidity consists of a laptop, a multi-channel data collector, or a high-precision digital meter with multi-channel conversion capabilities, making it portable. The system is centered around a computer system and utilizes thermocouples or resistance thermometers as temperature sensing components, enabling multi-channel temperature and humidity measurements. It tests the uniformity and fluctuation of temperature and humidity fields in equipment such as temperature and humidity chambers and heat treatment furnaces. The testing process and result processing of the system comply with the current national standards.

The uniformity of the furnace temperature in heat treatment furnaces and box-type resistance furnaces can be tested using thermocouples such as S, R, B, J, K, N, E, and T. The testing methods and requirements comply with GB/T9452-2012 for the determination of the effective heating area of heat treatment furnaces and JJF1376-2012 for the calibration specification of box-type resistance furnaces.
Testing of environmental humidity and temperature equipment, with temperature measurement using Pt100 thermal resistance or T-type thermocouple, and humidity measurement using dry-wet bulb method or imported humidity sensor.
Testing methods and requirements comply with the JJF1101-2019 specification for temperature and humidity calibration of environmental test equipment.

During the heat treatment furnace testing process, the reference end treatment allows for ice point compensation, external sensor compensation, or actual reference end temperature compensation.
★Automatically plot temperature curves (temperature-time relationship curves) during testing, which dynamically refresh and display as the test progresses. Immediate zoom in and out of the display is possible. The calibration of alternating humidity and temperature equipment can also automatically generate temperature and humidity characteristic curves.
★The system can be set to perform timed inspections of the temperature and humidity data across all channels, generating inspection data records and curves that reflect the temperature and humidity changes at various points during the equipment testing process.
During the test data calculation process, incorporate sensor certificate values for data correction to enhance test accuracy.
Test data and results are automatically saved in a database format on the hard drive, facilitating easy data queries.
★ Features a simulation mode. The testing process can be simulated directly on the computer without any external devices.
★ Power Failure Resume Function. In the event of a sudden power outage or accidental program exit, the test can be resumed from where it left off, continuing with the completed data.
