Suitable for manufacturers of non-contact infrared body thermometers, metrological units, and health departments for the calibration of non-contact infrared body thermometers. 1. The NM-RTS05TB thermometer calibration water bath is a customized constant-temperature source specifically designed for thermometer calibration, with a volume only half that of a standard water bath, making it easy to move and transport. It features a fully enclosed, environmentally friendly refrigeration system without CFCs.
2. Integrated with the latest generation PID automatic temperature control program, featuring a high-precision Pt100 temperature sensor. Equipped with a touch screen operation panel for easy operation, with high digital resolution display, ensuring precise and stable temperature control.
3. Employed a side-stirring circulation system, achieving highly uniform flow and temperature fields within the tank.
4. The exterior of the blackbody cavity is gold-plated, and the interior features a high-emissivity blackbody coating, offering high blackbody emissivity and a long service life.
5. The body shell is made with anti-aging electrostatic spray painting technology, and the inner lining is constructed from high-quality S304 stainless steel.
6. Precision-crafted case shells, combined with unique, user-friendly design structures, for ease of operation by staff.
