The NM-04 Secondary Instrument Calibration System consists of a computer, a printer, a thermal instrument calibrator (signal source), and more. The system is optionally equipped with a signal source featuring communication functions, enabling computer operation for signal source adjustments. The system's functions and technical specifications fully comply with the current national regulations.

★The system configuration is flexible, supporting various models and specifications of signal sources.
★Capable of calibration for secondary instruments equipped with the following signals: Type B, R, S, J, T, E, K, N, EA-2 thermocouples; Pt10, Pt100, Pt1000, Cu50, Cu100, BA1, BA2, Type G thermistors; standard signals of 0-10V, 0-100mV, 0-22mA.
★When equipped with a signal source featuring communication capabilities, the output of the signal source can be controlled by a computer, automatically adjusting it to closely approach the nominal value. Output signals of the signal source can be adjusted through mouse clicks or keystrokes.
★ Features a prompt for unqualified errors during the calibration process.
★Automatically save data records and query them through the database.
★The format of the verification record table output meets the procedural requirements, allowing the verification record table and certificate to be exported to Excel for display, facilitating users in customizing the table format.
