Introducing the structural features of the high-temperature blackbody furnace?

The High-Temperature Blackbody Furnace can provide standard high-temperature blackbody radiation sources ranging from 800 to 3000 degrees Celsius. These are used for calibration, verification, and adjustment of various non-contact thermometers. It also serves as a standard high-temperature heat source for testing high-temperature materials, such as manufacturing graphite and graphite electrode samples, graphitized coal or petcoke, to inspect product quality. Additionally, the High-Temperature Blackbody Furnace offers a high-temperature heat source for high-temperature material testing.

Primary Structure of the High-Temperature Blackbody Furnace (High-Temperature Blackbody Radiator):

The high-temperature blackbody furnace is composed of the furnace body, transformer, and control cabinet. The furnace body is a horizontal graphite tube furnace. The center of the graphite heater features a "target" that divides the heater into two symmetrical black cavities. Outside the tube is a graphite insulating screen, wrapped with carbon felt and high-temperature insulating materials. The furnace body boasts a wide temperature range, low power consumption, and minimal inertia. A vacuum extraction system and a water-cooling system are located at the bottom of the furnace body.

Infrared thermometers and intelligent control display instruments regulate the output power of a low-voltage, high-current transformer by controlling the thyristor trigger circuit, thereby controlling the temperature of a blackbody furnace. By setting the temperature value on the intelligent control display instrument of the control cabinet, the temperature inside the blackbody cavity can be controlled. The transformer is a salt bath furnace transformer.

Optical Guideways

Optical slides are a set of sliders that can move along both the X and Y axes. The sliding distance on the X-axis is 39 inches, and on the Y-axis, it's 22 inches.

This is a highly valuable optional accessory that can save a significant amount of time when calibrating thermometers in bulk or calibrating instruments without a clear light path.

2. Orifice Plate:

Cold hole orifice plates can be mounted on stainless steel instrument mounting posts, available in five standard sizes: 1 inch, 0.5 inch, 0.375 inch, 0.3125 inch, and 0.1875 inch.

This iris diaphragm is highly beneficial for measuring the field of view of this instrument. Non-standard sizes can also be provided upon customer request.

Emission Rate Measurement Instrument

The attachment includes a gas cylinder mounted on a rigid aluminum bracket, which is securely fastened to the blackbody furnace.

The copper water-cooled cylindrical rod extends from the gas cylinder to the high-strength graphite rod, which is then connected to the graphite tube furnace. At the other end of the graphite rod, the material to be tested for emissivity is placed at the center of the graphite tube furnace. Ignoring the emissivity of the sample material, the cavity can be considered a blackbody as it reflects from the cross-section of the cylinder.

When the sample to be tested is delivered to the other end of the heating tube, entering the low-temperature zone, all the radiation detectable by the probe originates from the sample itself. The ratio of persistent radiation to blackbody radiation is the emissivity.

A sensitive radiometer, equipped with a flat absorber detector featuring a wide measurement range, is always aimed at the sample disk, recording continuous radiation and blackbody radiation.

4. Remote Installation of Bold Font:

To accommodate certain specialized applications, the Blacktype can be connected to a power source via high-power cables.

This bold font is more commonly used, for instance, on tracks or robotic arms. Of course, it can also be customized according to some customer requirements.
