Equipment Applications: Ideal for treating organic waste gases at room temperature with high air volume and low to medium concentration, which are volatile. Working Principle Initially, organic waste gas undergoes dry filtration to remove a portion of particulate matter. Then, organic waste gas that meets the adsorption conditions is sent to an activated carbon adsorption box for purification. The purified clean gas is discharged into the atmosphere by the main exhaust fan. The adsorption unit is equipped with a backup adsorption box. When the activated carbon adsorption is saturated, it is switched to the catalytic combustion desorption state through a control valve. The desorption and regeneration system uses online desorption regeneration (offline desorption regeneration can also be used), meaning the adsorption process is a continuous treatment process. While the backup adsorption unit is in use, the saturated adsorption box performs desorption work. After desorption, the activated carbon box is ready for the next cycle. Product features: The system utilizes a combination of adsorption concentration and catalytic oxidation processes, achieving a closed-loop purification and desorption process. Compared to recovery-type organic waste gas purification units, it does not require additional energy sources such as compressed air and steam, does not produce secondary pollution during operation, and has low equipment investment and operating costs. b. The front-end utilizes a dry dust filtration system, boasting high purification efficiency to ensure the longevity of the adsorption unit. c. Utilizing specially molded honeycomb activated carbon as the adsorption material, the adsorbent has a long lifespan, the adsorption system has low resistance, and the purification efficiency is high. Palladium and platinum-plated honeycomb ceramics are used as catalysts, achieving a catalytic purification rate of over 97%. These catalysts have a long lifespan, low decomposition temperature for exhaust gases, short desorption preheating time, and low energy consumption. Activated carbon adsorption beds for organic waste gas adsorption can be reused to desorb and regenerate the heat gas after catalytic combustion. The desorbed gas is then sent to the catalytic combustion chamber for purification. When the concentration of organic waste gas reaches 2000 PPM or above, self-combustion can be maintained.
