Maintaining and caring for our fully automatic insulating glass production lines is a long-term focus for us. Proper maintenance of our insulating glass equipment is crucial to reduce unnecessary troubles in our work. Regular maintenance and care of the machines are of utmost importance. We must frequently observe the moving parts, waterways, airways, and electrical systems, and immediately stop the machine for inspection upon any abnormalities.
I. Maintenance of the Transmission System
All conveyor roller bearings, brush roller bearings, conveyor bearings, sprockets, and gears are regularly lubricated with calcium-based grease; the reducer's 50#-70# gear oil is replaced once every six months.
Section II: Maintenance of the Airstream System
Regularly inspect the fan's operation and immediately shut it down for maintenance if any abnormal sounds are detected. Regularly clean the air intake filter grille to reduce air intake resistance and enhance the cleanliness of the glass surface after drying.
Section III: Maintenance of the Waterway System
The water used in the cleaning section of the hollow glass production line is recycled. It is essential to regularly replace the stored water in the tank to maintain the quality of the cleaning water. The water quality directly affects the cleanliness of the glass surface after drying. Additionally, it is recommended to clean the tank once a month and frequently inspect the water spray situation of the spray pipes. Any blockages should be cleared promptly.
Section 4: Maintenance of the Air Path System
Regularly drain the filters, replenish the oil atomizer, and check the air compressor's operation regularly. Any abnormal sounds should prompt immediate shutdown and inspection. Ensure the system pressure is maintained between 0.6-0.8 MPa.
V. Maintenance of Electrical Components
Work environment significantly impacts electrical components. Due to long-term use and the effects of environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, vibration, and dust, their performance will undergo some changes. Therefore, it is crucial to maintain a relatively stable work environment and conduct regular inspections and maintenance. This can extend the lifespan of the machinery and reduce production losses caused by sudden malfunctions.
