Safety Precautions for Gas Pressure Boosters

We must adhere to the current national specific safety regulations, particularly those concerning high-pressure oil/gas lines, hydraulic pipelines, and pressure vessels.

2. Improper handling of high-pressure medium circuits can cause injury, especially when dealing with gas boost pumps or gas boost equipment, which can lead to bursting and pose a high risk. Non-professionals are prohibited from operating these.

3. Unauthorized modification or alteration of the system may cause damage to personnel and the system.

4. The gas boost pump products are only permitted to be used under specific working conditions.

5. There is a possibility of jetting or bursting in high-pressure gas pipelines and气管. Before starting the equipment, carefully inspect the integrity of the pipeline shells for any signs of damage, such as tears, wrinkles, detachment, or wear. If any of these are present, have a professional perform the repair.

6. Do not touch moving parts while the equipment is in operation. Always disconnect the power immediately after the equipment stops working.

7. When there is high pressure inside the equipment, it is prohibited to open the housing, touch the fittings of the connection pipeline, or loosen/tighten joints to prevent personal injury. If such operations are necessary, please first release the internal pressure. When the equipment is not in use, please release the internal force.

8. The input pressure "Z" must not exceed the rated pressure.
