Fiberglass Reinforcement, also known as Concrete Companion Fiberglass, is a substitute product developed for steel fibers while also incorporating some characteristics of synthetic fibers. Compared to steel fibers, it boasts corrosion resistance, ease of dispersion, and ease of application without damaging mixing equipment. The product is made from synthetic resins, processed through special techniques and surface treatments, and features high tensile strength, good dispersion in concrete, and strong grip. It replaces steel fibers in cement concrete, overcoming the drawbacks of low tensile strength, small ultimate elongation, and brittleness. The product exhibits tensile, shear, crack resistance, fatigue resistance, and high toughness, and has been applied in construction, road and bridge, and hydraulic engineering fields.
Volume of Mixing: It is recommended that the volume ratio of anti-cracking steel fiber be between 0.3% and 0.9%, which translates to 3kg to 9kg of fiber per cubic meter of concrete.

2. Length Selection: Typically, for crack-proof reinforcement, it is 30mm-50mm; when mixed into shotcrete, it is 20mm-30mm.

3. Mix Design: For general applications, it is not necessary to alter the concrete grade mix ratio parameters, and can refer to the "Specification for Steel Fiber Concrete Structure and Construction" CECS38:92. For special applications, selection design requires testing. Considering that concrete may develop microcracks due to shrinkage, drying shrinkage, and temperature changes, adding 1kg of monofilament microfibers can be used in conjunction with concrete, which yields better results.

4. Mixing Machine Selection: A twin-shaft horizontal compulsory mixing machine is chosen.

5. Feeding and Mixing Process: First, add the crushed stone, then the crack-resistant steel bars, followed by sand. Mix thoroughly to ensure the crack-resistant steel bars are well-distributed. Subsequently, add cement and water and mix according to the standard process. Alternatively, you can follow the standard sequence of addition, but extend the mixing time to ensure even distribution of the crack-resistant steel bars.

6. Molding and Curing Process: No special requirements. The compaction time may be extended as needed. When smoothing, wait until the concrete surface is slightly dulled before proceeding to avoid pulling out. The curing should still be carried out according to the requirements for normal concrete.

Packaging: Standard packaging is 1.0kg per bag, and custom packaging is available upon customer request.
