The electric forklift is primarily composed of four main parts: the power system, chassis, working equipment, and electrical equipment. Let's go through each one separately:
1. Power System:
The Internal Combustion Balanced Heavy Forklift is powered by a gas turbine and features key engine types such as gasoline, diesel, gas, and dual-fuel engines. Electric-powered forklifts typically operate on either batteries or AC current. Due to the limited application scope of AC current forklifts, they are less common. When referring to electric forklifts, it generally means battery-powered forklifts.
2. Electrical Equipment:
The electrical equipment of the internal combustion forklift consists of switch power supply system software, power-consuming machinery and equipment, household appliance control and protection devices, etc.
3. Equipment in Use
The working equipment of electric forklifts, also known as the lifting equipment, is a distinctive feature that differentiates them from other vehicles. It is primarily used for picking up, placing, lifting, and lowering goods, and it handles loads in short-distance freight transport, enabling forklifts to perform tasks such as loading and unloading, stacking, and short-distance transportation. The working equipment consists of mechanical components and a hydraulic transmission system, and it can be categorized into three types: gantry-style, parallel linkage, and telescopic arm. Among them, the gantry-style is the most common.
4. Forklift Chassis
Its function is to install components to transmit the driving force of the diesel engine, ensuring the forklift operates normally. It consists of a transmission device, a driving system software, an automotive steering system, and auxiliary machinery.
