In the operation of forklifts for loading and unloading, every step requires the correct method. Today, let's go over the steps for handling loading and unloading tasks with lithium-ion forklifts:
(1) Firstly, the lithium-ion forklift approaches the loading position: The lithium-ion forklift arrives at the unloading location and comes to a stop, ready for unloading.
(2) Adjust the forklift's lifting height: Pull the lift lever backward to raise the forks to the required height for unloading.
(3) Parking Positioning: Shift the gear lever into the forward gear, and the lithium forklift advances slowly, positioning the forks above the cargo (pallet) to be placed. Apply the parking brake.
(4) Vertical Beam: Push the tilt lever forward to incline the beam, then return it to a vertical position. When on an incline, the beam can be tilted forward.
(5) Fork Unloading: Push the lift lever forward. Lower the forks slowly to place the goods (pallet) gently on the pile, then slightly lift the forks away from the bottom of the goods.
(6) Reverse and Engage Pallet Fork: Set the shift lever to reverse, ease the brake, and back the lithium forklift until the fork can be lowered.
(7) Rearward Hinge: Pull the tilt lever backward to tilt the hinge frame to the appropriate position.
(8) Adjust Fork Height: Push the lift lever forward to lower the forks to a height of 200-300mm from the ground. The lithium-ion forklift departs and heads to the pick-up location to begin the next loading and unloading operation.
