Grouting pipe construction methods and steps:
1. Construction Method: By using a pressure grouting machine, cement slurry or its mixed slurry is injected into the interior of the strata (voids, gaps, fissures, or cavities, etc.) through boreholes (sleeve valves, zinc pipes).
2. Construction Steps: Drilling, inserting sleeve valve pipes (shell material, sleeve valve, sealing), inserting zinc pipes (grouting head, pipeline connection), mixing slurry (cement, water, retarder), starting the grouting machine, suction mixing, lifting pipe at intervals, - end, cleaning.
Due to the lengths of each grouting tube ranging from 1m to 4m, with external threads (or no threads) cold-formed at both ends, the sections are connected with internal threaded joints (or by using sleeve connectors without threads), which not only enhances the strength at the connection points but also ensures coaxial alignment after assembly. This guarantees the verticality of the grouting tubes, and since the longer lengths reduce the number of connections, it facilitates construction operations and speeds up the progress. Moreover, the use of extruded plugs for each section ensures consistent inner diameters, allowing for smooth up and down movement of the grouting pump during the grouting process, thus avoiding backflow on the inner wall of the grouting tubes and improving the quality of the construction project.
