1. Brief Introduction:

The HC-101 robot features high positioning accuracy, fast operation speed, and a large working range. The control system is equipped with an internal even material stacking operation model, allowing for easy programming and simple, convenient operation.

2. Mechanical Structure Features:

1) Waist-mounted seat structure, providing a more stable and steady stance for the robot, facilitating rotation and movement.

2) Unique parallelogram arm structure design ensures the arm angle remains unchanged during arm extension and retraction.

3) All drive motors and reduction gear structures are positioned below, reducing the weight of the arm and allowing for agile arm movement. This results in a small mechanical inertia, facilitating rapid acceleration and deceleration, as well as quick motion.

4) Articulated structure, all cables are routed through the interior of the arm, with only slight bending movements at the joints. This simplifies cable arrangement, extends the lifespan of cable flexing and stretching, and ensures an aesthetically pleasing layout.

5) The clever design of the joint structure allows the arm to reach a certain range of extension, with a horizontal working range of up to 330 degrees and an arm extension range of 1560mm.
