The fully automatic high-level palletizer is suitable for stacking bagged items in industries such as grain, food, feed, chemicals, and flour, including items like grain, feed fertilizer, mortar powder, putty powder, lime powder, sawdust, activated carbon, milk powder, PVC powder, fly ash, urea, clay, plaster, and cement. It can replace manual handling and stacking of goods, freeing up labor, reducing the enterprise's labor costs, and achieving automated, intelligent, and unmanned production in factories.

Principle:

The bags, packed in carrying bags, are emptied onto an inclined conveyor, which transports them to a flattener and an accelerator conveyor for flattening and speeding up. They are then converted and sorted; the sorted bags are pushed onto a layering machine by a push-bag machine, repositioned on the layering machine, and placed on the tray of a lift. The lift lowers one layer of bags at a time, forming a stack. This process is repeated for ten layers, after which the lift descends to the bottom, and the stacking continues.
