During the packaging process, the shrink wrap vacuum packaging machine utilizes a continuous stepping method. The lower roll forms the packaging shape, while the upper roll seals it. The lower roll is pulled at a fixed step distance, passes through a preheating and heating area, and is shaped by air pressure, vacuum, or stamping. Then, it moves to the filling zone to be filled with material. Next, it enters the hot sealing zone, where the upper film is folded down. Depending on packaging requirements, vacuum is drawn or protective gas is injected, followed by hot pressing and sealing. After the hot sealing is complete, production batch and date can be printed. The packaging is then cut horizontally and vertically to form the finished product. The trimmings are collected and cleaned by the film recovery unit.
