Before operation, check the oil level of the vacuum pump oil to ensure it is at the correct position. As the pump exhausts gas, some oil may be discharged along with it, causing the vacuum pump oil to gradually decrease. Verify that the oil level in the vacuum pump has reached the specified amount; if it has decreased, please replenish the vacuum pump oil immediately.
During handling or transportation, it is strictly prohibited to place items upside down or subject them to shocks or impacts, especially electrical components such as meters and switches. The workshop should be kept clean, particularly the flat surfaces of the heating plates used for sealing and the silicone strips, which must not be adhered to any foreign matter to avoid affecting sealing quality and shortening the lifespan.
Once the power switch is turned off, prepare for operation by turning on the pump's start switch. Run the vacuum pump, activate the heat sealing switch, confirm the vacuum and heat sealing times, select the heat sealing temperature via the band switch, determine the high, medium, or low grade based on the packaging film thickness, and turn on the start switch. The machine will then run automatically.
Due to the high-speed operation and mechanical up and down movement of this equipment, do not place your hands, items, or tools inside while operating it. Be mindful of your hand position when applying the coating. Do not insert your hand into the equipment until you are certain it has stopped or the emergency stop switch has been pressed, to avoid accidents.
